FREDERICK, Md. – The railroad crossing on Doubs Roud, west of Pleasant View Road near Adamstown, will be closed on or about September 29 for approximately three days, weather permitting. Detour signs will be placed along New Design Road, Mountville Road, Ballenger Creek Pike, and Pleasant View Road.
