FREDERICK, MD – County Executive Jessica Fitzwater will hold a public information briefing at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, to announce the findings of the Frederick County Child Care Market Study.
The briefing will be held in the first floor conference room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street in Frederick.
