FREDERICK, MD – Frederick County public safety agencies have partnered to conduct a Community Preparedness Seminar January 20, 2024 from 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Public Safety Training Facility, 5370 Public Safety Place. The Seminar is free but registration is required.
Topics include:
- Emergency Preparedness Planning
- Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE)
- Stop the Bleed Training
- Hands Only CPR (non-certificate class)
- Naloxone/Narcan© training
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and instruction starts promptly at 8 a.m. Sign-up at www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/Seminar.
Sponsors include the Frederick County Division of Fire Rescue Services, Frederick County Division of Emergency Management, Frederick County Health Department, Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Frederick County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association, the City of Frederick Police Department, and Maryland State Police.
