FREDERICK, MD – All lanes of Guilford Drive have reopened to traffic. A water main break had closed the road last week, and the pavement has since been repaired, according to the Frederick County Division of Water and Sewer Utilities. The section of Guilford Drive between Route 85 and the first traffic signal has been closed since Monday, July 18.
