FREDERICK, Md. –Because of weather conditions, some Frederick County Government operations will open at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 17. Employees who must travel to a work location should report by 10 a.m., with liberal leave in effect for the remainder of the day. Employees who telework should report at their usual times. Decisions will be re-evaluated in Thursday morning. Additional details:
- Frederick County Circuit Court and District Court will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, because of weather conditions. Courthouse staff are to report at 9:30 a.m.
- Frederick County Public Libraries will make a decision in the morning about if / when to open its branches for curbside pickup.
