The Division of Public Works, Office of Transportation Engineering and Office of Highway Operations, announced today that the bridge over Bush Creek on Reichs Ford Road between Ijamsville Road and Bartonsville Road is now re-open to traffic.
The bridge was closed on September 19, 2019, due to safety concerns about the bridge structure. The closure allowed the Office of Transportation Engineering and Office of Highway Operations to replace the bridge with an Acrow bridge. The Acrow bridge is single lane and has a posted weight restriction of 60,000 pounds.
