Re: Amended Bill No. 19-17 Sustainable Monocacy Commission The County Council (“Council”) of Frederick County, Maryland, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland, to discuss:
AN ACT to: Establish a Sustainable Monocacy Commission
Copies of the bill may be obtained from the Council’s Office, First Floor, Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701 (301-600-1135) or on the Frederick County Government’s website at www.frederickcountymd.gov/councilbills.
The Council may modify the bill in whole or in part before enactment.
Individuals will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. Speakers will be provided three (3) minutes to comment.
