NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Re: Livable Frederick Master Plan The County Council (“Council”) of Frederick County, Maryland, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday September 3, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter) in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Maryland, to consider the adoption of the proposed Livable Frederick Master Plan.
