Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner and members of the County Council will hold a joint public information briefing today at 9 a.m. The briefing will be held in the third floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 E. Church Street, Frederick, and will be broadcast live on FCG TV, cable channels 19 and 1085, and webcast at www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/FCGTV.
