County Executive Jan Gardner will hold a public information briefing at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 25, to announce the strategic plan for the second term of her administration. 

The briefing will be held in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, broadcast live on FCG TV, cable channels 19 and 1085, and webcast on www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/FCGTV.
