The Frederick County Department of Housing and Community Development is hosting the June Bloom Housing Fair 2.0 on Saturday, June 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the ARC of Frederick County, 555 South Market Street.
The event will feature over 50 lenders, realtors, rental housing experts and other community resources to support community members on their housing journey. Classes will be offered on home buying (in English and Spanish), improving credit, and more. There will be giveaways including $500 home improvement gift cards, big screen televisions and $8,000 of down payment assistance to qualified buyers. The event is family friendly with children’s activities throughout the day.
