[ARCHIVED] Layman Road Reopens

Layman Road

Layman Road reopened to traffic today, the Frederick County Office of Highway Operations announced. The road had been closed for emergency repairs to a drainage culvert on April 10. The road was reconstructed and asphalt applied.
