[ARCHIVED] Monument Road Will Be Closed to Traffic

The Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering announced that Monument Road will be closed between Mt. Tabor and Blacks Glen Court on or about April 1, 2019. This will allow contractor, Kline, LLC d/b/a Pleasants Paving to resume work after the winter shutdown. 

The work is scheduled to last approximately six weeks until May 10, 2019, weather permitting.  The work includes pavement resurfacing, reinforcing earth slope, and turf grass establishment.
