[ARCHIVED] Health Department Warns Residents to Avoid Waterways Affected by Flooding and Sewage Overflows

Heavy rainfall has overwhelmed sewage collection systems in some areas of Frederick County. The Frederick County Health Department (FCHD) advises the public to avoid the following waterways affected by contaminated water from sewage overflows.
