County Executive Jan Gardner today announced the appointment of Paul Dial as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Frederick County Government. The County Council confirmed the appointment this afternoon with a 7-0 vote. Mr. Dial had been serving as Acting Chief Administrative Officer since June 10.
“I am pleased to make Paul’s appointment permanent. He has done an outstanding job managing the county divisions, problem solving issues, and communicating across divisions and agencies,” Executive Gardner said.
