County Executive Jan Gardner announced proposals that would ensure quality infrastructure in Frederick County and advance economic development. Executive Gardner would require oversight by the Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management regarding third party inspections of water and sewer facilities.
In addition, she announced a plan to advance economic development in the county by expanding the payment plan fund loan program for water and sewer capacity fees for small businesses.
