PUBLIC HEARING

Zoning Map Amendment #R-14-01, Ratley Property Planned Unit Development – Tolson DeSa, Community Development Division

Applicant will be given 30 minutes to present the request and five (5) minutes for rebuttal.
Public comments will be limited to three (3) minutes for individual speakers.

The Board may take action following the public hearing but the ordinance may not become
effective until 10 days after the public hearing.
