Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center (CCRC) was recently recognized as being among the top 20 percent of long-term care nursing facilities in the state by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, which developed a plan to measure accountability to indicate quality care in a pay-for-performance program.
CCRC is part of the LifeSpan Network, the largest senior care provider network in the Mid-Atlantic.
