[ARCHIVED] Commissioners Invite Public Comments on Change from Impact Fee to Transfer Tax

The Frederick Board of County Commissioners welcomes public feedback concerning the replacement of a real property impact fee with a transfer tax that would be assessed for the transfer of property in Frederick County. Currently, Frederick County collects an impact fee on new homes.
