[ARCHIVED] Commissioners Preserve 105-Acre Farm through Installment Purchase Program

The Frederick Board of County Commissioners voted recently to approve the purchase of an agricultural preservation easement on a 105-acre farm owned by Michael, Richard and Debra Stambaugh located on Hoovers Mill Road near Thurmont.
