[ARCHIVED] Governor Signs Pay-As-You-Throw Pilot Program Legislation Into Law

Governor O'Malley signed HB 678 into law on May 20, authorizing the County Commissioners to institute a Pay-As-You-Throw pilot program that requires solid waste haulers to charge waste disposal fees based on the amount or volume of waste picked up.
