[ARCHIVED] County Requests Waiver from Maintenance of Effort Requirement to Board of Ed

The County Commissioners submitted a letter to the MD State Board of Ed to request a waiver from the maintenance of effort requirement. Over half of the counties in MD have requested or will request similar waivers.
