[ARCHIVED] New Curbside Single Stream Recycling Program Generates Excitement: Collection Starts in 2009

Residents are finding a blue 65-gallon recycling cart at their homes - part of the single stream program. The carts can't be used yet. Homeowners should use their 18-gallon blue bins until the new collection schedule and start date are announced.
