[ARCHIVED] Don't Let Sewer Backups Ruin the Holidays By Pouring Grease Down the Drain

Wastewater specialists say to never pour kitchen grease down the drain because fats, oils and grease can clog sewer pipes, leading to basement back-ups and sewer overflows. Pour cooled grease into a can and throw it away.
