FREDERICK, Md. – Old Frederick Road between New Cut Road to Md. Route 77 (Rocky Ridge Road) has reopened after the Division of Public Works completed repairs to the historic Loys Station Covered Bridge and south over-height warning portal.
The bridge was damaged and the over-height warning portal on the south entrance was destroyed after an over-sized vehicle tried to drive through it last weekend.
