FREDERICK, Md. – The Frederick County Department of Highway Operations will close Ridge Road between Round Hill Road and Ridge Crest Drive daily beginning on or about August 18, 2025, for approximately one week, weather permitting. This closure will be a day closure between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A signed detour will be in place.
The closure will allow the Department of Highway Operations to replace a failing culvert pipe at 7237 Ridge Road. For additional information contact Joe Sollenberger at 301-600-1573.
