FREDERICK, Md. – Water and sewer customers may not be able to reach staff at the Frederick County Division of Water and Sewer Utilities this morning. Internet and telephone service are currently unavailable at the office on Metropolitan Court. The outage affects the billing system, email, and phone service. Another notice will be sent out once service is restored.
