FREDERICK, MD – The Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering (OTE) announced today that Black Ankle Road between Buffalo Road and Talbot Run Road is now re-opened to traffic.
The closure allowed the contractor, Triangle Contracting, LLC to repair and stabilize road embankments on two sections of Black Ankle Road.
