FREDERICK, MD –Willowbrook Road will be closed to traffic for road improvements between Willow Road and Bloomfield Road, beginning April 18, 2022, according to the Frederick County Division of Public Works, Traffic and Permit Section. The closure will allow for roadway improvements to be completed. Willowbrook Road is expected to re-open on or about June 6, 2022.
Motorists are advised to use the signed detour route along Opossumtown Pike and Bloomfield Road to reach their destination for the duration of the closure. Access to private property will be maintained during the project.
