FREDERICK, MD – Frederick County Division of Public Works, Office of Highway Operations announced today, October 8, 2021; Water Street Road is open to all traffic following several culvert and roadway repairs. The County greatly appreciated the public’s patience and cooperation while this Emergency repair were conducted.
