FREDERICK, MD – The Frederick County Office of Highway Operations announced today that Bartholows Road will be closed between Bill Moxley Road and Weller Road for emergency culvert replacement. Closure will begin Thursday, September 3, and continue through Friday, September 4, weather permitting.
Motorists are asked to use Old Bartholows Road, Lynn Burke Road, and Fingerboard Road (MD Rt. 80) for detour. Office of Highway Operations’ staff have notified emergency personnel and appropriate local agencies.
The County appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while the emergency repair occurs.
