[ARCHIVED] UPDATE - New Traffic Signal Now Operational at New Design Road and English Muffin Way

As of Dec. 27, the Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering announced that a new traffic signal at New Design Road and English Muffin Way has been changed from an all-way stop (flashing red) condition to a full-color signal.  The pedestrian phase has not been activated due to the need for additional pedestrian infrastructure, but the signal is fully operational for motor vehicles.
