Frederick County elections officials announced that all results from early voting will be held until voting ends at 9 pm in three Baltimore precincts.
Earlier this afternoon, the Baltimore City Circuit Court ruled that three precincts (27-28, 27-29, and 27-35 -- Baltimore IT Academy #378) must remain open until 9 pm because they opened late this morning. These precincts did not open until approximately 9 am because poll workers were unable to access the secure room where the voting equipment and supplies were stored.
Frederick County precincts and all other precincts in Maryland will close at 8 pm. Any voter in line at 8 pm will be allowed to vote.
