The Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering announced today that Boyers Mill Road at the new bridge over Lake Linganore is now open to two-way traffic. The temporary traffic signals and one lane traffic pattern are no longer in effect.
The one lane traffic pattern allowed the contractor, Concrete General, Inc., to begin demolition of the old bridge and to complete preparation work at the roadway approaches to allow for the two-way traffic pattern.
