The Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering announced today that Blacks Mill Road will be closed at the crossing over Little Hunting Creek to replace Bridge No. F15-20P. The work will start on or about August 22, 2016. This will allow Highway Operations staff to complete the replacement of the existing structure with a hydraulically in-kind box culvert.
Construction is anticipated to be completed no later than October 1, 2016, weather permitting. This project is part of Frederick County’s Capital Improvement Program.
