[ARCHIVED] Frederick County Executive Gardner to Lift Local State of Emergency

Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner will lift the Local State of Emergency effective 6 p.m. today. Progress made in storm recovery efforts allow the order to be lifted. The Local State of Emergency had been in place since 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22.
