Five innovative businesses were honored for their emerging technologies at the Frederick County Office of Economic Development (OED) Annual Business Reception in front of over 200 guests at Dutch's Daughter Restaurant. OED hosts the business reception each year as a way to honor business leaders and to thank partner agencies for the year's accomplishments.
Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner joined in congratulating the business leaders. She said, “We are blessed with a diverse and vibrant economy in Frederick County. Our business community clearly has a very bright future. I am delighted to congratulate the business leaders we recognized at this annual business reception and thank our Office of Economic Development for sponsoring such an exciting event.
