Frederick County Executive Jan Gardner will hold her second public information briefing this week at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, in the first floor hearing room of Winchester Hall, 12 East Church Street, Frederick, Md.
Executive Gardner will recognize a team of computer-aided design engineering students from the Frederick County Public Schools’ Career and Technology Center as they prepare to submit their final proposal in the Lemelson-MIT InvenTeams Program, the premier grant program for high school invention in the United States.
The public information briefing will be broadcast live on FCG-TV, cable channel 19, and webcast at www.FrederickCountyMD.gov/video.
