The Treasury, Division of Community Development and other offices located at the Frederick County 30 North Market Street building will be closed again today due to a power outage.
As a result, the Frederick County Treasury will open a temporary, one-day satellite office at the Frederick County Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management building located at 4520 Metropolitan Court, Frederick, Md.
The temporary office will offer limited services from a drive-through window at the satellite office.
In addition to receiving payment of taxes, landfill bills, sewer/water bills and other county invoices, the Treasurer’s office also sells TransIT bus passes and dog and cat licenses.
