[ARCHIVED] 1/3/14 - Frederick County Now Under National Weather Service WINTER STORM WARNING

The National Weather Service has placed Frederick County under a WINTER STORM WARNING for 3 - 6 inches of snow. WIND and WIND CHILL advisories also stand for Friday with sub-zero wind chills and wind gusts to between 40 - 50 mph through Noon Friday.
