The Division of Housing administers rental assistance through the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, and manages the senior housing at Bell Court Apartments in Woodsboro. Information for these programs can be found in the links to the left or below; however, the wait lists are currently closed.
A list of local apartments is provided to assist in your housing search. Many of these properties determine rent based on income, or offer reduced rents using subsidies. This list is maintained for informational purposes only, Frederick County Government does not own or endorse any of these properties.
We invite you to explore our Housing Resource Information and these other local, County, and State program and provider resources.
