Current Status and Schedule

As of March 2025, the Prospect Center project has completed the 100% Bidding Documents stage. Prequalified bidders will review the 100% Bidding Documents and provide a Price Proposal in April 2025. Negotiations, contract development, and contract award is expected to occur through June 2025.

Concurrently, the Microgrid and Technology Operations System design and construction contract is expected to executed April 2025. Following the completion of the design of these items, construction will begin immediately.

Project Schedule

The below schedule is tentative and subject to change pending jurisdictional reviews, permitting, funding, et cetera.

Current - March 2025: Design Phase for Facility

Nov. 2024 - June 2025: Permitting

Jan 2025 - June 2025: Bidding and Contract Execution

July 2025 - July 2026: Construction Phase 1

July 2026 - July 2027: Construction Phase 2

July 2027 - July 2028: Construction Phase 3

July 2028- July 2029: Construction Phase 4
