Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for FY2020
TransIT Services of Frederick County has not established an overall goal of DBE participation for FY 2020 on U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)-assisted contracts. The TSFC Facility Design & Engineering is currently underway by a consultant under contract with the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA). As a part of the Design & Engineering, a list of subcontracting opportunities will be developed for facility construction and the resulting project goal will be submitted to the MTA Procurement Review Group for approval prior to any solicitation. This goal will be published as a part of the IFB/RFP for Facility Construction issued in FY20.
