County Executive Jessica Fitzwater has stated that the three pillars of her administration are that:
Every resident should be free to experience the full benefits of living, learning, and thriving in Frederick County.
A sustainable is one of the core values of Frederick County Government, and can only be achieved through partnerships with community-based organizations and key stakeholders. Participation and engagement are required in order to ensure that all residents of Frederick County are aware of and have equitable access to resources and programs. We want to ensure that all community members have a voice to advocate for their well-being, livelihood, and resiliency.
Community partners play a pivotal role as they are the bridge that helps connect us to diverse populations throughout Frederick County!
