The Livable Frederick Planning and Design Office is leading this planning effort. The first phase involved a series of meetings with the Housing Element Advisory Group. Meetings were held between September 2024 and January 2025. Advisory Group meetings are open to the public. Agendas and minutes for completed Advisory Group meetings can be accessed from the links provided on this page.
The Livable Frederick Planning and Design Office held three open houses for the Frederick County Green Infrastructure Plan in March and April 2025. These open houses (Frederick Futures Open House: Shelter, Culture, and Nature) were intended to provide members of the public with information about the purpose of the plans and an opportunity to share comments with planning staff.
