Recycling carts are assigned to an address, not the occupants. If you move away, please leave the cart behind, next to the house or stored inside, for the next homeowner or tenant to use.

There is a cart that has been unclaimed on my street for more than 10 days. I have more than one cart at my property and need one removed. A cart was dropped off at my house and I did not request it.

Provide the serial number printed in 1" tall white text on the front side of the cart to be picked up. This is REQUIRED so that the contractor removes the correct container. If you are requesting that a hand-held bin be picked up, please just write "18 G Bin" Thank you!*

Cart removals are completed on one of your street's next two regularly scheduled recycling collection days. Please place the cart at the curb on collection day and leave it there all day so that the contractor can access it. Thank you!
