Restaurant and Food Service Relief Grants are designed to provide financial assistance to licensed Frederick County food and beverage providers impacted negatively by restrictions on indoor dining capacity as a result of the COVID-19 public health emergency, as well as licensed wineries, breweries and distilleries

Current Food Service Grant Program
Due to additional funding of $1.2M from the State of Maryland, Frederick County will be providing a 2nd round of restaurant and food service grants.
The application period will open at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 7th 2021 and will close at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13th 2021. Those businesses who have received a previous food service grant do not need to reapply and will automatically be awarded a 2nd round grant.
Food service businesses that did not apply during the 1st round will need to submit an application which will be available on this website . The program is open to Businesses that fall into one of these categories are eligible:
Dine-In seated food service Carry-Out food service only Craft beverage Non-seasonal Food truck Bakery with commercial space Caterer with commercial space
