Chair Yoga


Seated and standing yoga to improve fitness, circulation, mobility and overall well-being. 
Dates: 10 weeks starting in July
Cost: 1 class per week $30; 2 classes per week $55

Traditional Yoga


Traditional yoga helps to improve fitness, circulation, mobility and overall well-being. This class offers precise instruction in yoga postures and breathingBring a yoga mat for floor work.

Tai Chi Basic


Improve balance and improve body strength.  Achieve clarity and focus as you gain calmness and lighten your spirit.

Mondays: Urbana Center, Noon-12:55 p.m. (6-weeks starting in August, $18)
Thursdays:  Frederick Center, 1:30-2:25 p.m.
Fridays: Emmitsburg Center, 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Tai Chi Advanced


Improve balance and improve body strength.  Achieve clarity and focus as you gain calmness and lighten your spirit. For experienced participants with instructor’s permission
Dates: 6 weeks starting in August

Line Dancing


A fun time while learning dance steps repeated in a pattern to popular music. 
No partner needed.

Zumba Gold


Low impact, Latin-inspired dance to improve flexibility, strength and balance.
Dates: 10 weeks starting in July
Cost: 1 class a week - $30; 2 classes a week - $60; 3 classes a week $90
