The Frederick County State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) offers confidential, face-to-face counseling assistance for people who have Medicare. Trained staff members are available to help Medicare beneficiaries, family members and caregivers understand Medicare benefits, bills, and Medicare rights.

Medicare Virtual Learning Center
Program Specialists from the Frederick County Senior Services Division will be at the Middletown Town Hall the first Monday of every month from 1-3:30 p.m. to answer questions, provide information and provide application assistance to seniors, their families and caregivers on Medicare benefits, housing options, medical and dental services, the Meals on Wheels program and other county services and resources.
