The Meals on Wheels program will continue to deliver two meals a day to homebound adults, Monday through Friday, or adults of any age with a chronic health condition or disability who meet program eligibility guidelines and live in Frederick County.
Two ways to register for special activities and fitness classes:
1. At the Senior Services Division's eStore 24/7 using a Visa card, MasterCard, or Discover card.
2. In person at the senior center during normal business hours.
All new participants must complete a Participant Registration/Information Form.
You may complete and submit this form online or print a copy of the form to complete by hand.
